Delivered to wrong address
I order es this bag for my daughter in law for christmas, it was delivered to the wrong address, perhaps if Nordstrom rack would use a reparable carrier like ups, FedEx or postal service, i would have a gift for the 25th to give, but Customer service didn’t even tried to help all they said was that they will email me with the next business day for a refund, i don’t want a refund!!! I need a gift!!!! How about just sending another one
