They sent me someone's used damaged return! An akle strap was missing from one shoe. I tried the other shoe on to check the sizing and the fit. so I can reorder but I don't think I will reorder. The quality was on the cheaper side in person but the actual style was cute.. I bought 2 pairs of shoes, this one and another brand and both were used damaged returns. My confidence in buying shoes off of Nordstrom rack has severly declined. I don't think I will order shoes from this seller anymore.

Great comfortable quality heels
Yikes..When I opened the package, I thought this must be a joke on how they were packaged. They shipped the heels with no shoe box, only in a small opened bag, no other packing to support them. One of the heels is missing the ankle strap. * Nordstrom Rack DO BETTER, how ridiculous!! Aside from the so sloppy packaging and missing strap, the heels are good quality, comfortable, true to size (normally wear size 9M and purchased size 9M) and stylish.

MISSING ANKLE STRAPS!
The cutest part of this shoe is the ankle straps with the logo/lock on the buckle. Unfortunately the pair that I ordered online arrived without any ankle straps at all, so the shoe can't even stay on. Expected more from Nordstrom, especially at this price point!
