Boots are comfortable
I love these boots. I was worried they would too high but no! Color is nice, softness, great boots. I wear a 7 1/2 but bought 8 and I'm glad especially for boots. The socks and sometimes I put inserts for more comfort. Overall, pleased.

Not UNcomfortable, also not comfy
These boots are a little bit high and narrow. They look really nice, but they really aren't as comfortable as I'd hoped. They feel a little heavy and clunky to me. The ankle/shaft is generously cut so there is no discomfort there. The zipper works well. The material and workmanship are nice quality and the boots look expensive.

Insole ruined it
I would have kept these, but the insole is misaligned and cuts across half the bottom of my foot. The width is fine, it's literally the insole that's not wide enough. Very uncomfortable.
