SLOOOOOW SHIPPING
Ordered 6 days ago for cold weather & they have not left the warehouse yet. I worked for Nordstrom for 7yrs. This is not the Nordstrom way, standard Nordstrom or The Rack. What happened to your customer service, which is an enourmous part of your success? Really disappointed.
