Kids' Water Bottle

I hate all the small pieces that make up this water bottle. It’s not a simple design and I have to search how to fit them all together. Not convenient for busy moms and these bottles leak also. Love the bentgo lunchboxes but I loathe the water bottles. Will not be purchasing anymore.

I just spent half an hour putting together one of these cups. After finding all EIGHT pieces (the cup, lid, silicone ring, teeny silicone stopper, square straw mouthpiece, flip straw mouthpiece, upper straw, lower straw), I nearly needed an engineering degree to put the mouthpiece and lid back together. The cup is too difficult to take apart as it is - it requires far too much force to get the upper straw and mouthpiece out of the cup. The instructions say to only remove them for a “deep clean” or replacement, but anything with liquid on it needs thoroughly washed after a preschooler uses it. It’s just asking for mold to suggest to not wash all the parts each time. No cup should have nine pieces, and the small silicone seal is unbelievably small. These pieces are so small that I can’t even stick them in the basket in my dishwasher that I use for bottle parts - they would simply fall through and disappear. The shark cup is cute, my three-year-old is able to use it without any problems, and the only leak was when I forgot the silicone ring. Regardless, I am throwing away these cups as soon as I get new ones.
