Kenzie Cotton Blend Knit Double Breasted Blazer

The jacket is a beautiful green shade and the gold buttons are perfect. I typically wear a 4 in this brand so I ordered a small. It runs a bit smaller than I expected but due to the knit fabrication it is forgiving. While the shoulders could be a tad wider, the knit has “give” meaning it is not uncomfortable and the ‘S’ size allows it to remain fitted in the waist which keeps it looking tailored and polished, despite the knit construction.

I started wearing my old blazers after they sat around in my closet for the last 12 years,, then realized I needed to add some new colors and styles. Tried some other L'AGENCE blazers but they didn’t seem to work out for me. Thought I would try this style, ordered it in a S, ended up surprised at the knit-type of fabric (even though it’s in the name!). I did however like the knit, but the S felt a bit bulky and oversized - which is not flattering on me due to my body type, and it being in white. Luckily there was an XS still available, which I ordered asap! It just arrived today and I am IN LOVE. This blazer will elevate even the most simple of looks. My regular sizes are XS, S, or M, depending on the brand and fit. This style and fabric run slightly larger IMO. Blazers and jackets have always felt tighter for me in the shoulders, which is the case for this blazer as well, but it does have some stretch to it, so I’m not too concerned. My only concern is cleaning future spots and stains. I’m usually careful, so hopefully it will be okay. I did remove the shoulder pads. I love a good puff sleeve, but all L'AGENCE cardigans and blazers sleeves are a bit too exaggerated, even for moi! Overall, I do recommend :)

I loved this jacket! But, I have a long torso and the front of the jacket didn’t quite cover my tummy. The color is gorgeous and the fabric is lightweight and comfortable. I normally wear a medium to a large. I needed a large in this jacket. It is fitted! was so disappointed to have to return this jacket!
