NOT A POLYCARBONATE (misleading description)
The website writes that the luggage is made of Polycarbonate, when in fact it is ABS based on the the item code on the manufacturer's website (Kenneth Cole). I ordered this specifically because I wanted a more durable Polycarbonate luggage and wasted my time buying and now I have to make extra effort to carry the huge luggage to return it. I WANT A COMPENSATION at least in the form of Nordstrom promo codes.
