this is not the boot that I ordered the boot that I ordered looks totally different The boot I ordered is dark brown with fur on the front white/ cream fur and I’m a see if I can attach a picture of the boot that I ordered but was sent this tan boot.I’m glad I take pictures of items when I’m purchasing them because I don’t even know where this boot came from but it’s definitely not the book that I ordered.. the photo I attach is the boot that was ordered the photo of this other boot is what they sent me

previous photo was wrong
Finally, they updated the photo. But previous photo was for brown boots with sherpa on top! All comments previously, by other customers are true. Ordered those sherpa ones but received these instead. Returning.

Sent a different shoe
I ordered these for my daughter and the shoe doesnt look like the picture. It’s similar but definitely not what I ordered. Giving 4 stars because I do still like the shoe but I’ve ordered off rack room plenty of times and never has that happened.
