On my second pair!
These are the best light waterproof boots you can have. I'm on my second pair. And I am thinking of buying a backup pair in case they stop producing the Evo. My first week with these, I stepped pretty far into an icey puddle and my foot was completely dry afterwards. I highly recommend these.

Shameless huge advertising Keen logo, customers arent free foot billboard advertising. White soles are bound to look dingy, and are off color in context to the upper. Sadly Keen still has a very limited supply of non leather/vegetarian/vegan boots. Way too expensive too.

I like the mid boots. Comfortable, light weight, waterproof (although no substantial test yet), and adequate cushioning. The only issue I have is the shoelaces. It is not unusual to have to re-tie my Keen's every hour. The laces are not long enough to double tie. Previously, I had the same problem with my Columbia mid boots with virtually identical shoelaces. Otherwise, I'm pleased with my Keen NXIS EVO footwear. Thanks for listening.

Sizing/Laces/warning
These run big! Also laces are way too small. Don’t cross your feet. Eyelets on top of boot will hook on the weird straps on the back of the other boot and lock your feet together. Very difficult to unlock. Hazardous!

Laces to short
These boots run big. Order a half to full size under. Also they don’t come with laces that fit. The laces are way to small.

A Solid Boot
I bought a pair for my son who is a delivery driver. It was a Christmas gift so I waited to post a review until he happened to wear them. He loves them! They are indeed waterproof, well insulated and protect against harsh winters like here in the Midwest. Last year I bought a pair of boots from a different brand with disappointing results (the sole ripped within the first month of his wearing them). Keen is a solid brand.
