seems to have lost arch support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They still look the same from the top, but the change to the newest uneek line with an amber colored outsole seems to have other changes with a lower arch support. Very noticeable when switching between new & older uneeks. The overall shoe itself is tighter also, almost like it went down a half size. I'm guessing they are using a new manufacturing facility.

Great Shoe
It is a great shoe. Size up as it can be smaller than average shoe. I believe this happens because the strap pushes your foot more forward. I wear 10. 5 most shoe and 11 fits well. My wife also wears 6. 5 and 7 was good. The shoe works well without socks and no rubbing on my feet. Seems sturdy secure for walking long periods.

Why did you change
Been wearing these for 10 years but you shortened the cinch bungee cord few years back and it ruined the shoe making them ultra tight and zero room for adjustment, I wear a 14, too bad it was a great sandal

Sizing is off - order them one size larger
I only just got these, but they seem very comfortable. I mostly want to say that the sizing is off. I would suggest people order them one size larger than what they would normally get. I got a size 12 at first. With every other brand of shoes, size 12 fits me perfectly. With these, I could barely even squeeze the size 12 onto my foot. I returned them for a size 13. The size 13s fit just fine.
