madison large dolly duffle crossbody bag

My item was not delivered to me. I have ring doorbell camera footage to confirm that no package was delivered. I contacted customer support immediately after the delivery notice informing them that there was not a package at my door. After 24hrs I received an email stating unable to process a refund. I cannot pay for an item that I never received. Please help me and anyone else who may experience a missing package.

I ordered the black and merengue colors. Merengue came with a Nordstrom Rack dust bag. I wish the black did, as well. The color of the merengue is gorgeous. I actually prefer it over the black, but I rarely wear light colors, so the black will get the most use. It’s a classy bag. I have a similar bag from another high end company that does outlet and I prefer the signature canvas or Saffiano as the pebbled leather can get very heavy. So, this Saffiano leather is very comfortable and lightweight. It is fully leather and smells like leather. Anyone saying it isn’t leather, isn’t used to Saffiano. While I love a good leather bag that feels like leather, as I’ve gotten older those bags are just too heavy for me now, so I’ve grown to appreciate signature canvas and Saffiano as it feels like I’m barely carrying a bag.

This bag in dark merlot is perfect for fall and winter. Plus the finish of the saffiano leather is durable and will hold up to unpredictable fall weather. The size is large large enough to hold everything needed with overwhelming my petite frame. The handles are large enough to carry comfortably in my elbow and the crossbody strap makes the purse more versatile as a crossbody.

Perfect size. Nice and sturdy but doesn’t have enough compartments.

I love the size of the purse as it holds everything I need and I love that there is a crossbody strap. I definitely recommend it. It'w pretty and stylish! I got it in the cream color.

I bought this bag and it is not large, it is medium size. In the photos it looks large , but it is not. Beware Nordstrom Rack return policy is not the same as Nordstrom

The purse arrived with the inside pocket zipper broken. The broken pieces were in the pocket. Unfortunately, it is a non returnable item. It is a disappointing purchase.

This is something beyond perfection! What a color is this...so lovely so nice, perfect for summer/spring. It is not white not cream something so nice. And I liked that the leather is saffiano. The size is also ideal. You made my day guys))

This bag looks and feels like plastic vegan leather. Returning.
