I am so disappointed. I ordered this shoe and the first time it came worn and without a box. I called a representative who helped me and waived the shipping fee and ordered a new show but it came and it’s even worse than the first time. I am extremely disappointed with Nordstrom Rack. If you’re going to sell is worn shoe do it at a decent price. We’re not buying expensive shoes just to receive them already worn by other people. Will return the second one as well

The shoes looked worn. The fit was narrow. However, the customer representative was great. She was very professional. She waived the return shipping for me. Immediately sent me a return label. Explained the process to me. While I was not happy with the product, the care as a customer was great. I understand everything will not be perfect all the time but how I’m treated is important. She represents the company well.
