Trendy Bow heels for the win
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to wear with my NYE dress BUT I wore them around today to break them in with some jeans and I have never received more compliments. LOVE that I have a new fave statement shoe.

NEVER ARRIVED AT STORE
I was notified that these were ready to be picked up at the store on November 21, 2025. I went to the store on November 21 of 2025 to be told that they have been refunded to my account. I just got a message that they were ready to be picked up on the same day. Where were they? Why were they returned? They said if they were returned as Nordstrom rack product they would be out on the floor to be sold again. I went and looked. They were nowhere to be found. I had six pair of boots and shoesthat were returned like this. The staff had no idea where things were. I called Nordstrom line Customer Service they could not help me either. The only thing I do know is that they were returned according to Nordstrom. The money, of course has not shown up on my credit card yet. This is the second time in approximately three months that this type of issue has happened to me through the Porter Ranch store in California.

Sizing off but beautiful shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful shoe. Ordered for a wedding. I ordered wide. Came and label said wide. It was NOT wide. So narrow. My daughter tried it on and she has slightly narrow feet and fit well. Too bad because I love the shoe.

These shoes are the cutest!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are the cutest! I wore the gorgeous shoes to a gala and got so many compliments!! They were quite comfortable on the 3 inch heel is the perfect height for dancing! Bonus,…. These shoes were easy to break in. I wore them around the house for about an hour and a half and I was good to go !
