Marta 06 Chelsea Boot (Women)

I purchased a pair of these boots to find that two weeks later the sole was pulling away from the shoe. I chalked it up to a quality control issue and I had no issue exchanging them for the same pair. I wore the new pair for approximately 10 days before noticing the stitching was coming out. I was between sizes, due to the width of the smaller size being slightly tight but the next size up was too loose. Knowing that leather can stretch I opted for the smaller size and they fit my feet comfortably in just a few days. I do not understand how what should be a high quality boot could have so many quality issues. I would not buy this brand again.

I was needing a new pair of short boots and I'm so glad I chose these. They are very comfortable. I have trouble finding boots that I can walk in for a long period of time and these are great. I have flat feet and they have support. I do suggest going down a size since they will stretch. I normally wear a 9 1/2 and I bought size 39 instead of 40.

I got my regular size in this boot and it's a perfect fit. Often I have to go up a size in JS since I have long toes. The leather is looks like it will develop a nice patina over time. The boot is easy to walk in even with the lug sole. I like that it as a removable footbed in case I want to put in my own orthotics. My only quibble is that I'm not crazy about the turned up toe, but it seems to be the style these days. :-|
