They look cheap and not like picture.
I normally wear 6 to 6.5. That is the size I ordered. They were way too big, even with thick socks. The strings were different from the website. They looked cheap. I didn't like them at all. I sent both pair back. Black and Brown

Solid boot and high quality!
Awesome deal on these high end boots! Super construction and gorgeous leather! Beautiful dark brown in color. I look forward to wearing these all fall and winter. My only negative is that they are just a tad too big with thin socks on. I usually wear a 6.5 and I purchased the 6-6.5 so if anything I was expecting them to fit tight. Not the case, but once I'm in thick sock mode, I think they'll be fine. I will buy another pair in another color for sure.

Love the look & Feel. So comfy, with plenty of room in toe box. I was disappointed in the way they came. Not in their shoe box but generic oversized Nordstrom box. With no packing in the shoes or around them. It looked like someone threw them in there and with the security mechanism still attached. Very dissatisfied with the presentation of how they arrived. I expect better from Nordstroms & Nordstroms Rack. Also the bracelet I ordered didn’t make it in to the package but said it was delivered with the boots. Again, not the best experience.
