Customer service in the Allen, TX Nordstrom Rack store is garbage.

Good looking sneakers!
Very comfortable pair of sneakers. The leather was soft and the color was perfect. I bought it one size smaller as suggested and it fit me well. Will buy a second pair in a different color.
