Each pair of Magnanni shoes is a testament to the value of hand craftsmanship. Family owned and operated in Spain since 1954, the brand is distinguished by superior materials and sophisticated finishes—done completely by hand—that give classic shapes a contemporary update. Made using the Bologna construction technique, Magnanni shoes wrap the foot in leather for a glove-like fit.
Beautiful shoe but the color from the inside transfers to socks. Wouldn’t expect color to come off or fade with such a high price tag

Not Genuine Quality
I’ve had many pairs of Magnanni sneakers over the years. Some have been purchased from Nordstrom, some direct from Magnanni, and a couple pairs from Nordstrom Rack. At full price, $400ish, the sneakers pay for themselves—they last a solid 4-5 years if you take care of them, unlike brands like Cole Haan where the quality diminishes even after a few wears. People have been saying lately that certain brands at the Rack make lower quality product with their label on it vs the high quality, full-priced options that they sell at Nordstrom. I think Magnanni has now fallen victim to this because the quality of the leather on these sneakers are junk. After just a few wears, the leather is wrinkling all over the shoe. I’ve never had this issue with Magnanni. It’s a shame the Rack claims the full price of what the item would be at Nordstrom, when in reality it’s a $100 shoe at best. Not the $400ish shoe at Nordstrom with much higher quality. Bummed I can’t get these at the Rack anymore and will instead pay full price moving forward.
