Upton Chelsea Boot

This is my second pair of these and I honestly love them. They're comfortable and stylish, plus I get a lot of compliments on them. My only issue is that they removed the little tap at the top/back of the shoe that helped pull them on/off. Why did you do this? They still looked good and had better functionality.

I bought these shoes to replace a cheaper pair that were no longer comfortable. As a pilot, I put in a lot of steps walking through terminals of all sizes. I also have to deal with slippery surfaces and cold winter weather. These boots have been incredibly comfortable for my daily flights. They also keep me warm when I'm in the elements. They look great and are very easy to get in and out of.
