Excellent quality and look
I bought these shoes to replace a cheaper pair that were no longer comfortable. As a pilot, I put in a lot of steps walking through terminals of all sizes. I also have to deal with slippery surfaces and cold winter weather. These boots have been incredibly comfortable for my daily flights. They also keep me warm when I'm in the elements. They look great and are very easy to get in and out of.

Color of sole does not match the photo/Runs small
The sole of the boot is dark grey and not a light neutral color. The contrast between the light and dark areas of the sole are much more subtle than can be seen in the photograph. Ordered my size and it ran small. I should have gone up half a size.
