I was so exited about these shoes, but store never informed me that shoes arrived and they returned my shoes or sold them, so unhappy!!!!

The heel came off after very little wear. Nordstrom Rack in Spokane Valley offered me a credit based on the lowest sale price of the shoe, which was only about 25% of what I paid, even after verifying my purchase. (Paid $99 + tax, ended up with a store credit for $26). I’m a life-long Nordstrom customer, and always boasted about their amazing customer service. This didn’t sit well with me.
