this is a Nordstrom problem not a jm problem
Id probably have a better opinion of the product if it weren’t for the condition I received them in. I don’t like that the outsole/lugs are actually foam (turns out that’s what it means when it says trufoam). Received a gigantic shipping box and when I opened it the boots were just loosely thrown in there without a H&M box or any packing materials. They looked clearly worn in and scuff all over the leather. And the kicker was a security tag was still latched on the heel tab. I can’t submit a proper complaint without being forced to call the 800 number so here we are.

Hey man, nice boots
Great boot at a great price. The style is very versatile, allowing the boot to be worn for a variety of occasions and out fits. The soles are made with a foam material which provides a nice cushion for your feet, great for wearing to the office in the winter months. They are true to size and look great, whether you're dressing for business casual or putting on a pair of jeans. The quality seems to be adequate for the price, so time will tell if they hold up as well as they look and feel.
