Catalina Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

I was very concerned about the sizing of these based on previous reviews and the actual color. Well, they definitely run small (order a full-size up if not two) I typically wear a 10–10.5: and often will buy a size 11 in the sandals, because I do not like my toes to hang off. I ordered these in a size 11 and 12. I am wearing the 12s and will keep them. They fit very nicely, my toes do not hang off and I absolutely love them. I cannot wait to wear them to the party that I’m going to next week. I do not know how, but I missed the fact that they zipper at the back and don’t buckle across the ankle. They are slightly challenging to get your toes through because the back is a little high, but once you do and zipper the back, you’ll be in good shape. The ankle fits around perfectly. It’s not too tight it’s not to lose, the toe area is a little loose on my foot, but that’s fine because as the night goes on, I know my feet will do a little swelling . The foot bed of this shoe is so ridiculously narrow. Before I put them on I saw how thin it was and figured no way will my foot fully fit on that and I was right. Such an awkward build of a shoe and I have skinny feet, about the only thing on me that’s skinny but these shoes are awful. Don’t waste your time unless your foot is as thin as a pencil. Will be returning. Such a shame because the shoe is absolutely gorgeous, but this is a flop.
