Not the best customer experience.
I couldn’t wait for the shoes to arrive.
However, they arrived in a crushed box without a lid to the shoe box. Not even any protective cardboard or normal tissue in the box, just shoes. Humm, obviously neglect. The shoes looked kind of narrow. And yes when I tried them on they were too narrow. I have never ordered a wide width before but in this instance I intended to exchange for the wider width.
I called customer service and they said it was a $9.00 return fee ( My Nordstrom Rack closed)and I would have to pay shipping again for the exchange. Long story short, should have bought them at Macy’s for the same price and better experience.

Wide width not wide enough
I selected the wide width in my normal size but the strap across the front could not accommodate my wider feet. It is just too tight and prevents my foot from getting all the way into the shoe. The heel height is reasonable and the style nice but I will be returning them.

Very Pretty But..
Very pretty, but it was a little too tight and short for my feet, and I have narrow feet. I am a 7 1/2 when it comes to high heels, so I may have to go up half a size to 8. Unfortunately, I can’t return them since they are nonrefundable, so I’m stuck with them. I would go up half a size for next time.
