Fantastic product, not greasy!
Best hand cream ever! I’ve tried MANY. This works wonderfully. It is not greasy yet it leaves my hands smooth as silk. As a woman I was hesitant to purchase a product marketed for a man but this was the best risk I’ve ever taken. A little pricy but you don’t need much each day.

They changed the formula!
I ordered the Jack Black Industrial Strength Hand Healer based on the product photo on Nordstrom’s website, which clearly shows vitamin A and vitamin E on the front of the tube. But the actual product I received lists hyaluronic acid and vitamin E instead, which is not what was advertised. On top of that, the formula I received is thinner, watery, and has an unpleasant smell, nothing like the rich, thick hand cream this product used to be. The photo and description do not match the real product.

Formula change - not as thick and creamy
Loved the previous formula but the new one with hyaluronic acid is much thinner and not as creamy. Doesn’t soften hands as well and feels more greasy. Please bring back the old formula!!
