Warranty replacement, I love hydro flask!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been buying and using hydro flask bottles for over ten years. They are solid bottles that integrate seamlessly into every day life. I personally carry (2) 40oz wide mouth hydro flask bottles every day. It does not matter if I forget to empty one for a few WEEKS there is no smell or taste. They clean easy, they keep water cold, they leave no taste besides fresh. Hydro flask is so easy to work with on their lifetime warranty. I’ve had caps, bottles, and seals replaced under warranty. For the seals I get a hand addressed envelope. This is the third or fourth bottle we’ve had replaced under warranty and I could not be happier. I will continue to use hydro flask for many years to come and I will pass the love to my children. Stay hydrated 🤙🏼

they ship you broken and damaged crap!!!
Horrible product and worse customer service. They send you obviously damaged products and then customer service simply says to return it and eventually you will get your money back.
How far they have fallen!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
And this box was INSIDE a larger box, so it was obviously shipped already damaged. How unscrupulous!!!

Well dented as others have pointed out previously.
I had driven 30 minutes to pickup, salesperson was apologetic but had to ask manager to make accommodation. She was less accommodating and declined discount. We all know the HydroFlask will eventually get dented but when you buy it new, you’d like it to be not damaged. Not impressed with manager. Sales clerk was helpful apart from the manager.

Excellent Bottle Very Large Dent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is excellent as expected. The metal lids were also as expected. However, the bottle came with a very large dent. Very disappointed in that aspect. However, this bottle is much lighter and easier to handle than the full size 40 oz bottle which is what I had hoped for.
