Tabitha Chelsea Waterproof Rain Boot

Well luckily I was not sent the incorrect size and I’m here to review the boot itself. I’m an 8 1/2 in most shoes sneakers and I wear a 9 when I buy most of my boots. I bought a size 9 in these Hunter boots and they are comfy, easy to slip on and off, and fit great with a sock! Hope this helps.

I ordered a size 8 and was mailed a size 11. Now they want to charge me if return by mail and they are sold out of the size I need.

I ordered size 6 for my daughter and size 7 for myself. I received size 6 and size 10. Size 7 is now out of stock. I think that the person who fulfilled this order just threw in the size 10 when they couldn’t find size 7. When I called customer service I was connected with “Rosie, the AI Assistant” who couldn’t help me and finally a real human who also couldn’t help me. His advice was to go to a Nordstrom Rack and return the wrong size for a refund. Did I mentioned I was charged a $10 Hawai’i surcharge?! At the very least, this should have been refunded. Will not order online from Nordstrom Rack again.

I purchased these as soon as I seen my size come available. The price can’t be beat! I received my correct size and they fit perfect. I have wide flat feet and I have extra space in this boot to wear a thick sock if needed. Not sure why the reviews say they are narrow. The structure looks narrow but the shoe fits different when on.

Like another reviewer said, I was sent the wrong size around the same time. When I reached out to Nordstrom rack I was put in contact with an AI assistant who could not help me get the correct size. I was pretty much told "too bad we're sold out" with no offer to try and send me the correct size I ordered. I felt like it was a very bad customer service experience.

I ordered a size 10 and was sent a size 8. Nordstrom doesn’t do exchanges, so I needed to reorder and ask that they refund me the $10 shipping (which they did). They also expedited shipping on the new pair which was ALSO the wrong size. Clearly there is a discrepancy when packing this order.

They fit great. Not Narrow, they're regular fit. if your feet are too wide for these, then you need wide width rain boots not Hunter Rain boots. I wear a size 9 and purchased a size 9. And I Love them. No pain anywhere, no rubbing, nothing. Just a great Rain Boot.. so good you may forget to take them off lol

I really wish these boots would work, but they're just not comfortable. Way too narrow, and I don't even have wide feet. I had my daughter try them on to see if they'd work for her since we're the same size, but she kicked them off almost immediately saying they were not comfortable at all. Disappointing.

I would say my feet are only a slightly wide, but these shoes fit narrow feet a little better. The fit isn’t enough to make me return, so I don’t mind the hugging

Just walking around the house in them, they got so uncomfortable I had to take them off. Odd fuzzy material on the bottoms of the shoe stain instantly. So the shoe is impossible to clean. I wanted something easy to hose down after being out around the ranch. Skip these shoes (go for the Sperry boots instead)

Ordered a size 8 and got a size 11 don’t understand how you could possibly screw that up. And now they are completely sold out of every color and size on the website. Thanks a lot Nordstroms for your great effort of reading someone’s order correctly. Will not be shopping from you ever again.

Boot is cute but I ordered a 9, they first sent an 8. Reordered and got a 7.
