cute but narrow
I would say my feet are only a slightly wide, but these shoes fit narrow feet a little better. The fit isn’t enough to make me return, so I don’t mind the hugging

Ordered sz 7, Received sz 10
I ordered size 6 for my daughter and size 7 for myself. I received size 6 and size 10. Size 7 is now out of stock. I think that the person who fulfilled this order just threw in the size 10 when they couldn’t find size 7. When I called customer service I was connected with “Rosie, the AI Assistant” who couldn’t help me and finally a real human who also couldn’t help me. His advice was to go to a Nordstrom Rack and return the wrong size for a refund. Did I mentioned I was charged a $10 Hawai’i surcharge?! At the very least, this should have been refunded. Will not order online from Nordstrom Rack again.

Too narrow
I really wish these boots would work, but they're just not comfortable. Way too narrow, and I don't even have wide feet. I had my daughter try them on to see if they'd work for her since we're the same size, but she kicked them off almost immediately saying they were not comfortable at all. Disappointing.

Sent Wrong Size
Like another reviewer said, I was sent the wrong size around the same time. When I reached out to Nordstrom rack I was put in contact with an AI assistant who could not help me get the correct size. I was pretty much told "too bad we're sold out" with no offer to try and send me the correct size I ordered. I felt like it was a very bad customer service experience.

Perfect Fit
I purchased these as soon as I seen my size come available. The price can’t be beat! I received my correct size and they fit perfect. I have wide flat feet and I have extra space in this boot to wear a thick sock if needed. Not sure why the reviews say they are narrow. The structure looks narrow but the shoe fits different when on.
