Sutton Waterproof Duck Boot (Women)

Based on my experience with this brand, I ordered a half size up from my normal dress shoe size of 7.5. Running shoes I wear 8.5. I typically wear thin socks and wanted something I could slip into quickly to run errands in. Size 8 works perfectly! Yes probably would want larger for long distance runs or long days on my feet, but they’re perfection for me! The boots are a bit wide but they can accommodate my custom insoles and that embarrassing/irritation of a bunion I have on my foot. I also like a little “wiggle” room in boots. I’ve tried all the cheaper options for rain/yuck weather boots and have grown tired of having cold wet feet and throwing out cheapos like last nights pizza, so paying a little more for this quality of boot at this great price is really worth it!

I BOUGHT THE ROCOCO BLUSH COLOR BOOTS, I MUST SAY I WORE MINES WITH A ROSE COLOR SWEATER AND LEGGINGS AND BOY I GOT TONS OF COMPLIMENTS, THEY VERY COMFORTABLE, THEY NOT HEAVY AT ALL. MY DAUGHTER SAW MINES AND INSTANTLY WANT A PAIR, I GOT HER THE BLACK/BLACK BOOTS. WE'RE IN LOVE WITH THESE BEAUTIES. THE ONLY THING PLEASE SIZE UP, I WEAR 7 1/2, I GOT THE 8 AND THEY FIT PERFECT. PLLEASE GO UP A HALF SIZE AT LEAST. IF YOU WANT TO WEAR SOCKS I ADVISE YOU TO GET A WHOLE FULL SIZE UP. MY DAUGHTER WEARS A 9, I GOT HER SIZE 10 AND BOY SHE'S IN LOVE. DON'T WALK, RUN AND GET THESE BEAUTIES!!!

I have 3 other hunter boots that I take a 6 in, but these are about 1/2 size too small. I can keep it and hope it stretches a bit and then I’ll be able to keep it, but decided to return instead. Not sure if it’s the sizing issue but my foot feels like it’s pushed forward at an angle resulting in the boots putting pressure against my front ankle. Overall, it’s a weird fit and not worth keeping for me. For reference, I usually wear a 6.5-7, or 37 in most shoes, and a 6 in Hunter boots.
