Refined Tall Waterproof Rain Boot (Women)

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m only 5’4’’ and these are too tall for my legs but the opening is really slender. I don’t even have large calves but they were really snug on my legs and It wasn’t comfortable. Also, that made it tough to remove them. I’m going to return and hopefully find a different type that will work better for me. Otherwise, the quality looks great.

I’ve been a fan of Hunter rain boots since my Wife bought me a pair of Originals several years ago for Christmas. Since then I’ve added many more both Originals and Refined in the Matte and Glossy Finishes. Besides Black, I wanted a splash of color and added some in Light Blue, Lilac, Gray and went way out of the box and got them in Pink as well. I have slim calves for a Man and both the Originals and Refined fit, but are a little snug so I generally wear them with Trouser Socks, Skinny Jeans, Leggings or Tights, depending on the occasion. In the Refined Style I order my usual Women’s Size-11’s/Euro-43’s and they fit perfectly. I’m glad Hunter came out with the Riding Style Look as I find them more Versatile to go from Casual with my Skinny Jeans to a Dressier Look with Leggings or even the right Skirt/Dress. Whatever the occasion at least I know my feet will stay dry If you live in areas where Snow/Slush are prevalent. I’d recommend the Refined Style to both Women and Men wanting a little Style and Flair.
