Extra Long Strap Tote Bag

I absolutely love this bag… Unfortunately, after about two weeks, the stitching that holds a handle to the bag started to come out… And within a few days, it had come out completely. Too bad because this purse was so cute. Luckily, I was within the 30 day. Return period and brought it back to Nordstrom Rack and they gave me a full return, which is wonderful and what I always expect of the great customer service at Nordstrom!

I really like this bag. When I’m carrying a bunch of stuff around to return it’s so much nicer than carrying a store bag. And it does fit a lot, but isn’t heavy. My only complaint and the only reason I took away a star is because the opening is a tad bit narrow and sometimes it’s hard to get bulky items inside even though once inside they fit nicely.

Love it holds everything I need ‼️‼️‼️

I should have read reviews before purchasing this bag. It is beautiful and looks more expensive than it is. The material is supple and lays well, and it holds a lot. But after three days of use on a trip, the stitching on the strap on one side came completely out, and the stitching in the middle is starting to fray. This is absolutely a manufacturing defect, but now I'm outside the return window. I don't want to just trash it, but I imagine getting it fixed will cost at least as much as the bag did. So disappointed.
