Disappointed with the Quality

I just received my light beige handbag, and I’m very disappointed. I was under the impression that it was made of genuine leather, but unfortunately, it is not. The material looks and feels cheap, and the overall appearance of the bag is not what I expected. It definitely does not look as nice or as high-quality as I had hoped. Very disappointing purchase.
