Never received/horrible customer service
Unfortunately, I never received these. My order showed a "label created" but FedEx never picked it up from the warehouse. It sat there fir almost 3 wks... It took 4 phone calls over a span of 6 days for Rack to make a decision on refunding my $$. Im so disappointed, this has never happened in my 14 yrs of being a loyal customer. The service was hostile & just wanted me to go away & stop "bothering" them... I won't shop here again.
