I bought this curling iron and it was the wrong one. I never used it but threw away the box because it was torn. Now they won't accept the return even though it is on my purchases, (bought a few days ago). The store said I have to return it online and customer service says I have to return it at the store. I spend thousands of dollars at Nordstrom very disappointed. I probably will stop shopping at Nordstroms.
