Quality Issue - White Tips flake off into your hair
I've written to the company last week on this issue and had no response. I just submitted again to see if I get another response. I'm not expecting a refund as this is not worth my time an effort, but just thought Id share my experience with it to see if others have experienced it. If a brand wants to ensure quality and integrity, selling products that fail should not be a product that is sold. I expected more from this company and now question other products.

Best brush ever!
I first tried the detangling flexi brush for myself in the full size, then purchased several more in both regular and mini sizes for myself and many family members. The "Flexi" part is addictive. So light, so easy to keep clean and free of hair buildup. And in very pretty colors! What's not to like?!

Detangling Brush
After 30 years I finally pulled the trigger. This little brush is for my purse/short trips. I have a had my Mason Pearson up until this point. I had to replace it. Very pleased with my choice.
