Fake Chi Flat iron!!
Do not buy! I’m in shock that I purchase a fake flat iron from Nordstrom rack. I’ve been buying this flat iron for 10 years and I just received my flat iron from Nordstrom. Not the same quality even the plug is different, super light and the flat iron gets really hot. I am such an a big shock that Nordstrom would Sell fake product! I’m returning to the store ASAP

Pretty good straightener, I ordered mine a few months ago and it’s held up nicely. Only thing that bums me out if that it doesn’t have a temperature control switch, but other than that it glides nicely through my hair!
