Engineered for speed training and designed for everyday runs, this sprightly running shoe sits on durable cushioning with an embedded Pebax® plate that puts snappy toe-offs under every stride.

Perfect for: Everyday runners looking to improve speed in a bouncy, neutral-aligned running shoe that provides consistent comfort mile after mile.

Upper: Warp-knit upper flexes and recovers comfortably with every stride. Padded, contoured collar ensures a distraction-free fit.

Midsole Drop: 5mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Lower: MetaRocker™ technology puts reliable comfort underfoot for speed training and everyday runs. Embedded Prebax plate provides a stiffer foundation that isn't too rigid to to transform landings into springy, snappy toe-offs. Dual-density midsole grounds every stride on durable cushioning. Compression-molded sticky rubber ensures reliable ground grip at any distance.

Not the best hoka
