Upper: A two-needle creel-jacquard upper offers a sturdy structure with zonal breathability for when your intensity heats up, while a gusseted tongue hugs your foot in an anatomical fit for distraction-free mile.

Midsole Drop: 5mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Lower: Responsive foam in the midsole absorbs the impact of every heel strike and rebounds to push every toe-off forward on strategically zoned rubber.

Toe box too narrow
Very narrow toe box. Cushion is excellent, springy and breathable. But the toe box is extremely tight. I bought this shoe for work, I work as a nurse so walking all day. I can’t believe people would find this comfortable for running

This is my third pair of hokas and these just might be the best yet . Feel like air on your feet but provide lots of cushion when running . No more aching knees and ankles the next day . Do yourself a favor and get a pair of these shoes

The best !!!
Just ordered my third pair, no!!! Sorry, the 4th pair !!! The best for a long distance walks. Love them! I take also a lot of classes at the gym, like steps and Zumba. I would highly recommend those !
