The Rack rips off users
Would give 0/5 if possible. Fedex took a photo of someone else's doorstep, no door mat, no address, no way to know where, on superbowl sunday, then Nordstroms used that as a pretext to deny my refund. Feel robbed. Miserable customer service, won't be ordering again from them. "devryresearch", their investigation team, sent an automated boilerplate denial despite my contacting via telephone to explain their error. Not the Nordstroms I remember.
