Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a pair of Hey Dudes online using gift cards recently. As another user pointed out they shipped me a pair that was completely different than what was advertised. Total Bait and Switch. Chatted with Customer Service and they acknowledged wrong pair sent but that I, the consumer would have to get into my car and drive to the FedEx office to ship them back to them. In the interim though they would graciously send me the correct pair in another 8 days. Of course they cannot swap them online and I would have to pay for them with my Credit card. Forget using the gift cards because they no longer have a balance. Or I can get back in my car and drive to Nordstrom Rack and buy them there or exchange the pair they incorrectly sent me. Not a bad option but the store doesn't have that size or the actual shoe in stock and can only be ordered online.
Needless to say I am extremely frustrated that Nordstrom's inability to ship the correct items has now become my problem and I must deal with it to satisfy my expectations. Silly me, I must have thought I was the customer.

I would buy if the offered 13's that were really 13'a.
Ordered size 13. Size 13 came but they are not 13's. They are definitely a 12. Next to other pairs I have they were definitely an inch shorter. And they have no shoe selection in size 14.
