Very happy
This is my new favorite jeans brand. They are so comfortable and the fit is amazing. I bought these online and happened to be in the store before they arrived, picked up a different style pair. Figured I’ll return one of them. Nope. I’m keeping both.

never got my money back after return
I purchased quite a few items at once online. I ended up having to return quite a few items (like 20 items) and it wasn’t until I was checking my bank account did I realize I didn’t get the refund on this item that I left at Nordstrom Rack store with other items returned. I quickly let Nordstrom customer service know of the situation and they submitted a case. Case closed within 48hrs saying they are unable to refund me. This is unacceptable.

Jean material is way too thick
I really liked the look of these jeans but unfortunately the material is so thick. I would only wear these jeans if I were living somewhere where the temp was below zero degrees. The fabric, even though it’s stretchy, feels kind of rigid and uncomfortable. I do not recommend these jeans unless you want to feel uncomfortable and probably sweat alot. Sadly they are going back to the store.
