Off-The-Shoulder Double Ruffle Top

No matter what I do this keeps slipping up and snapping me in the neck. It’s cute but you have to keep your arms perfectly still and don’t move. If you wear it up like a boat neck and just stop trying to make it off the shoulder, the bottom is cropped up and shows your belly button which is fine if u like that look but it just doesn’t look good around the neck at all- nor on older women.
