Whitney Super Lug Sole Penny Loafer (Women)

I was sent the wrong size twice. Staff cannot understand how shoe sizes work. The shoe clearly states on the right side under the tongue. It is an 11. The staff is reading the product number with a 10 in it as the size of the shoe. I am frustrated. I really wanted the shoes and I was sent them twice and both of them are the wrong size. Can the staff get it right? I’m sure I will never find the shoes at a good price that I paid for them twice.

Purchased these at final sale and crossed my fingers that they fit, especially since many reviewers recommended to size a full size down. I wear between a 7 and 8 depending on the brand and shoe style and ordered 7 (wanted to order 6.5, but it was not available). The 7's are wearable, but my heel pops out a bit...hopefully they won't stretch out too much. Luckily they look cute with socks and they fit well when I wear them. I really like the lug sole and they are surprisingly lightweight. The black and white combo is sharp and I really like the look.
