Classic XL Crossbody Bag

I asked my husband to get me this as a gift and i am very disappointed. it looks super cute but it doesn't function well. I thought maybe the leather would soften up/give a bit but its so stiff and the zipper is scratchy. Basically b/c the bag is so small, the opening is so small and its hard to get things in and out. would be ok for just credit cards. but once you start adding keys, glasses, phone, lipstick, it is so hard to get them out.
