The item used and the zippers were rusted.
First, I noticed that the jacket left side of the front was missing all the larger accessories. Weird. Also, it doesn't come with the replacement bag. Most good brands include a replacement bag with embellished designs, so it may be a used item.
Second, the zippers are rusted, which makes it harder to zip up and open.
Give up. I'll return it.
This experience is unsatisfying.
