Cheap boots
They are cute boots and fit well, but very cheap. Both bottoms of the heels fell off and I only bought them in early October of 23. I returned immediately.

Poor Quality
I own these boots in two colors. The bone pair have held up OK, they scuff extremely easily but are stylish and comfortable. For this reason, I gave the black pair a chance despite the reviews. I wore the black pair twice and on the second wear the cap to the bottom of one of the heels disappeared. Would not recommend.

Free people boots
I put these boots on and from that second on they fit and wore like an old pair of glove, there was NO breaking in, so comfortable! Just love them. Bought one for me and one for a friend. They are fantastic! Highly recommend!

Fit is off
The arch of the shoe does not meet the arch of my foot, which is odd because the heel really isn't that high. This makes it really uncomfortable because all the pressure is on the ball and heel of my foot. The boot is really pretty, looks high quality. But I don't think I could wear these for very long or stand in them without pain.
