Too big
The sweater itself is cute, but unless you have long arms or just like the extra extra slouchy arm look this isn’t a sweater for you. I’m short and small so this was huge on me. I bought a small which I usually wear or an x small, but the small was so big I wasn’t even tempted to try the x small. This was a huge fail for me.

This cardigan is so beautiful! It’s a very wonderful quality, and well-made. The color is so vibrant. I ordered it in cherry red. It’s not quite as cropped on my 5 foot three frame as it is on the model and I am not mad about that 😁 I normally wear a large or extra large and I ordered this in an extra large, hoping it would be long so it might run slightly small. I’m pretty happy with this piece and have a zillion different outfits in mind to showcase it.

Go with your normal size
I love Free People’s sweaters but they are usually oversized and I go down from my Medium to a small or xs. With this sweater I listened to the other reviews and went with the Medium and I’m glad I did! It fits great and I love the color and the texture of the red sweater. Bonus to grab it on sale! It was perfect to wear for my daughter’s Valentine’s Day party. I have a feeling I will get a lot of wear out of this cardigan.
