Into the Blue Stripe Crop Sweater

I’m petite (5’1” with a short torso) - the sweater felt perfectly cropped to me (no skin shows when I wear high rise bottoms). Sleeves are ridiculously long - cuffed twice there is still ample fabric. The fabric isn’t rough but it’s not as nice as the heavier easy crop sweater. Very cute color but not a 100% keeper

When I opened the package and held up the sweater, I was alarmed at the crop length. It's so short, I thought I accidentally ordered a shrug. However once I tried it on it was standard issue crop length. But I'm also short with a short trunk. It's wearable, just be prepared to go a little more cropped than usual. It's kinda itchy. My swearter fits like a Free People Medium. Very roomy.

I had to have this sweater! I ordered the red/blue and the blue/tan. I sized up to a Med. The minute I took it out of the box, I laughed out loud. The sweater is only 15" from top of neckline to the bottom. 15! Oh, it's cropped alright... But the quality is fantastic so I go upstairs, put on my highest waisted jeans which cover my belly button (which I hate-worst trend ever) and it looked 'ok'. I put a white tank under, put sweater off one shoulder... 'ok'. I put on my Mother mid-rise jeans. At least 4 " of skin showing. I went back to the website and none of the photos depict how 'cropped' this sweater is. I tried to make it work bc i LOVE the color ways and the quality and the preppy meets edgy style. They're both going back and I am SAD.
