I love this top for yoga, pilates, weight lifting, or just as athleisure. Probably not the best for running/high intensity as it is very light support. I got the matching biker shorts which I also love!

Do not buy if you were hoping to use this as a sports bra (long-line). This is not medium support as stated. You cannot wear this top to work out. I had purchased this top hoping to do cardio in it. Will be returning it.

Not a longline sports bra
Purchased these tops, thinking they had elastic bands and could be worn as a gym longline tank top for low impact activities (yoga, pilates). There is zero support and you'd have to wear a sports bra underneath, as it's only a cropped tank top
