I must be missing something here
I don't get all the rage because I found this sweater to be absolutely awful. Not only is it ridiculously cropped, but it is HUGE. The fabric was also low-quality and nothing special for the higher FP price tag. This is a pass for me.

I have a short torso so struggle to find sweaters that aren’t too long. This is the perfect length and is a great baggy fit. It looks great over jeans but also cropped enough to fit nicely with a skirt. Likely will buy in other colors

I love the way this sweater hangs and the racing red color is so pretty and classic! I sized up from my usual XS/S size for tops at Free People because I wanted this to be even slouchier, and it is. The sleeves are pretty long, but I like to scrunch or fold the flat portion of the sleeve. This sweater has such a nice drape and length - I haven’t washed it but plan to only wash delicate-cold & air dry to try to keep the fabric smooth and the sweater weighty/drapey.

I am OBSESSED
I think this is actually the perfect oversized year round sweater. It's cozy, can be dressed up or down, and I am obsessed. The "moonglow" ivory color is perfect. The only size left was medium and I was worried it would be massive because of the oversized nature, but it's not!
