Crop Bouclé Cardigan

I usually never write reviews but this is a joke. I bought this expecting a cute cardigan and instead ended up looking like a quarterback. The shoulders are way too large and not flattering at all. The fit of the body is to my size but the sleeves are horrible . It makes me look like I have saggy arm skin

I saw this sweater on my stylist who uses Nuuly and I could not believe my luck when I happened upon it at Nordstrom on sale. I love this sweater. It is so cute but unique, especially in the cinnamon color. The fit is a little tricky and you may need to consider sizing up, particularly if you want a looser fit or you have a bigger chest. The sleeves are definitely big and there's some definition in the shoulders as well. On the other hand, the top is very fitted through the torso and the v-neck comes down low. I really enjoy the fabric of the cardigan. To me it feels thick and heavy which I'm assuming means durable and that it'll last. Some may not prefer this fabric as it's not super soft or lightweight.

I’m bummed about this sweater. Love the color and the shorter cropped length. I’m 5’2” and 130 pounds. I ordered the small and it hit right above high waisted jeans and didn’t feel too tight. Sometimes free people runs big but my usual size small fit good. All that being said the sleeves were way too much and I usually like a little shoulder poof. If you want a real statement piece then maybe this is for you but it made me look like a football player or like I had giant shoulder pads in. Back it goes.
